Over priced for just a rice cooker. Other rice cookers have more functions for the same price.

I have come to love Gaba rice because of this unit. I never knew the various brown rice varieties could be so flavorful, and have such a delightful mouth feel. I only wish I knew what the cooking temp was at any given moment, a temp reading would be very useful.
Also for the Gaba setting, being able to select the sprout time would be an improvement, the two hours the unit is set for seems barely enough. I would love a unit that was dedicated to Gaba brown rice cooking.

cooked to perfection. Yes, it is a high-end model, but it does not disappoint!

We held off buying a rice cooker for many years. But when the price came down on this one and after reading the reviews, we decided to splurge. Delicious! I’m still trying to figure out if we can make risotto in it. That would be even better.
