Ohkay so i had an ipod..an original ipod nano.. and i have all my good music on it. But my dad completely deleted itunes, including the music library which all my nano’s music was on. So I got a new ipod touch for christmas and i had to start an all new library. So How can I get all my old nano’s music onto my itouch? Is there any way?

first you’ll have to download itunes again since your dad deleted the program.
then, connect your old ipod to the computer and on itunes, select manually sync songs.
then you have to access the file in your ipod where all the songs are kept. to do this, go to “my computer” and go to the itunes file. then right click, select properties and find the option to display hidden folders. the hidden folder should be named iPod_Control.
all the songs are in that folder under code names. all you have to do is either drag and drop or copy and paste into your itunes library.
then just simply sync the songs to your itouch.
you might want to google this process if you want clearer instructions.
try searching “sync songs from ipod to computer” or something like that.

THIS IS EASY
all you have to do is download a program called ipod2pc
just google that and download the trial…even though it is a trial it works fine, you just hook up your ipod and it trasfers all of the songs onto your computer so you can put them on your ipod touch. the only bad thing about the trial is that every 50 songs it asks you to register, but you just click no, then click continue and it takes about 20 minutes total and it works great!!

go there and it is completly virus free from Cnet while it does cost money it does have a free trail so that is all you really need i think it is really cool it works awsome
